On March 22, 2023, the first Science Lab was held as part of the “EU-BELONG: An Intercultural Approach to Migrant Integration in European Regions” project, co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund of the European Union.
The aim of the Lab was to deepen knowledge and strengthen competencies in intercultural communication. During the meeting, participants focused, among other things, on developing intercultural sensitivity, understanding cultural differences in work and everyday life, and learning strategies for communicating with people from different cultures.
The Lab was a highly inspiring and motivating event, encouraging further action. The next session will take place next week, this time focusing on the topic of psychological first aid.
