Due to the high level of interest in the previous meeting, the Marshal’s Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship invites you to another online information meeting within the project “Pomorskie Welcome Center” concerning the MOS portal.
The topic will once again be presented by experts from the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office, and simultaneous interpretation into Spanish will be available during the meeting.
The meeting is free of charge and open to all those interested in new solutions regarding residence legalization, including people with migration experience.
When? 14 May 2026 (Thursday), 12:00–15:00
Format: online via the Zoom platform
Meeting language: Polish, with simultaneous interpretation into Spanish
During the meeting, the following topics will be discussed:
- setting up a Trusted Profile and a MOS account,
- rights and obligations of applicants,
- responsibilities of universities and employers in the legalization process,
- practical tips to facilitate the use of the system.

Debido al gran interés suscitado por la reunión anterior, la Oficina del Mariscal de la Voivodía de Pomerania invita a un nuevo encuentro informativo en línea dentro del proyecto “Pomorskie Welcome Center”, dedicado al portal MOS.
El tema será nuevamente presentado por expertos de la Oficina de la Voivodía de Pomerania, y durante la reunión habrá traducción simultánea al idioma español.
La reunión es gratuita y abierta a todas las personas interesadas en nuevas soluciones relacionadas con la legalización de la estancia, incluidas aquellas con experiencia migratoria.

- creación del perfil de confianza y de la cuenta MOS,
- derechos y obligaciones de los solicitantes,
- obligaciones de las universidades y empleadores en el proceso de legalización,
- consejos prácticos para facilitar el uso del sistema.
