On October 6, 2025, a meeting of the Pomeranian Council for Regional Migration Policy was held, dedicated to coordinating activities and exchanging experiences in supporting third-country nationals. The meeting took place as part of the Pomorskie Welcome Center project, co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) 2021–2027.
The objectives of the meeting were:
☑️ to exchange information between public administration institutions and organizations supporting migrants,
☑️ to discuss challenges and plan joint actions in the region,
☑️ to hold a discussion on migrants’ needs and the implementation of intercultural integration policies.
🟡 To increase the visibility of activities carried out by stakeholders involved in the Pomeranian regional migration policy, the meeting covered, among other things: the assumptions and plans of projects implemented in Functional Urban Areas under Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI), the project “Support for Third-Country Nationals” implemented by the RC Foundation and the EDUQ Association, as well as experiences and challenges related to the Pomorskie Welcome Center project.
🟡 The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge, discuss current challenges, and plan joint actions to support the integration of migrants in the region.
