On 1 October 2026, another meeting of the Pomeranian Council for Regional Migration Policy took place, providing an opportunity to discuss the directions of development for the Pomorskie Voivodeship and the role of migration and integration policy in the region’s strategic planning.
The meeting centred on the presentation and consultation of the draft ‘Pomorskie Voivodeship Development Strategy 2035’. The draft was presented by Bartosz Kozicki – Coordinator of the Programming Team within the Department of Regional and Spatial Development at the Pomorskie Voivodeship Office.
The presentation served as a starting point for a discussion on the most important challenges and development needs facing Pomerania in the coming years. The discussion focused primarily on issues relating to migration, the integration of residents from different countries, and the building of social cohesion in the region.
We would like to thank the members of the Pomeranian Council for Regional Migration Policy for attending the meeting, for their active participation in the discussion, and for sharing their knowledge and experience. We would also like to thank Bartosz Kozicki for presenting the draft Strategy and discussing its key principles.
The meeting was another important step towards strengthening cooperation and taking the migration perspective into account in shaping the future of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Until 8 January 2027, you can submit comments and opinions on the draft document, which will set out the directions for the development of the Pomorskie Voivodeship over the coming years.
